Bananes flambées...

Well, today we won't make a "crème brülée"..., but "bananes flambées" instead!

Follow the guide :

1. pick some organic bananas in the garden!

2. add some salted butter in a frying pan, Be generous!

3. add some Mauritian special sugar (light muscovado) flavored with organic Mauritian vanilla pods

4. leave all this to golden brown and before serving, flambé the bananas with the homemade starfruit rum!

5. Enjoy your dessert!
