A discovery day in Mahébourg !

We will wait for him, when he gets back from fishing and we will see whether the fishing was good!

Some sea urchins for sure, as he also creates jewels and we will discover his creations of necklace and bracelet (you will be able to create yours!), as well as the ones of local artisans. After the traditional Mauritian lunch, we will walk in the narrow streets of this authentic Mauritian village... A day in Baptiste's life...

Mahébourg, (the name is in honour of the famous Mahé de Labourdonnais), is an authentic and quiet village, opening itself on a bay which has not always been as bright as today, as it was the setting of the Grand Port bloody battle in 1810, one and only Napoleonian Victory over the English Navy.

And always with the "Moris Otreman" spirit, discovering, meeting and sharing with the local population!

Day rate for 2 persons (from 9am to 4pm):

- Rs 6,000 (pick-up and drop-off from and to your place of accomodation, guided tour)

- Lunch in a local restaurant included.
